Coaching & Facilitation Services


I have designed and facilitated innovative strategic planning processes and engaging learning programs for over twenty years.  Group size has ranged from 6 to 600 and the program length has ranged from a few hours to a year.  All programs are customized to meet the specific needs of the client and the learners.  In addition to being very conversant with traditional, active facilitation approaches I also trained in graphic facilitation.  Areas of expertise include:

I provide comprehensive consulting services for small and large-scale organizational change.  I've facilitated everything from strategic planning to engagement surveys and from performance management to communication plans. 


My coaching work is built on the belief that people often need someone to ask them the questions that no one else will – questions that:

  • help to clarify your real intentions,
  • explore your strengths and identify blindspots,
  • explore what is truly important, assess what is holding you back,
  • encourage innovative thinking,
  • set goals that are ambitious but achievable and
  • then create accountablility to stay on the path that turns your good intentions into action.

I'm certified to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Strengths Deployment Inventory.  I also use StrengthsFinder 2.0 extensively in my practice.  These are powerful tools for developing self-knowledge, understanding strengths and uncovering blind spots.  

Gathering feedback from others about behaviour can be a powerful way for leaders to understand how they are being perceived, clarify their strengths, and identify their blindspots.  I have years of experience with a variety of 360 tools and have worked with clients to custom-design short surveys to gather feedback and gauge progress towards learning goals. 


I have been working with teams for over two decades to ensure they are high functioning and engaged.  After an assessment of a team’s current position, strengths, and opportunities, team coaching allows for an acceleration of learning to ensure the team exceeds its goals.
