I'm Julie Stitt.  I'm an Organizational Cartographer; I work at the intersection of organizational development, coaching, facilitation and visual thinking.

I make (visual) sense of organizational life.  That means that I help you make sense of your organization and facilitate change to move your team, department or company from where you are to where you want to be.

I do this in a variety of ways including: leadership coaching, strategic planning retreats, management learning sessions; assessments and engagement surveys; and organizational mapping.

Each offering is infused with visuals because I believe that a shared graphic accelerates learning and change.  In fact, I believe so strongly in the power of a good visual that I also make sketchnotes of talks and conference sessions that summarize the key points in just one page to be used by attendees as a reminder of the topics covered.
